.Food and third party processing
Not only we carry on the historical activity of the group, that is salt cod packaging, but also we take care of various food processings (i.e. fish products and / or fruit) within an insulated environment, on demand.
.Compliance with the current laws:
the Italian Law Decree 155/97
The premises used for the processing are kept under constant control by an external laboratory, the LAV Srl Laboratory of Moncalieri (Turin), certified ISO 9002 and accredited SINAL 513.
.Health surveillance
The health monitoring at the plant is run by the local health authority, ASL No. 8 of Chieri (Turin), through the veterinarian designed to our business category.
